Information you share with us
The contact form, meeting request form, product finder and hardware quote on this website do not send your details to a BRIIVO server. When you submit one of them, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing the details you typed (for example your name, business name, phone number, preferred meeting date and requirements). The message is only delivered if you press Send in WhatsApp.
If you send that message, call us or email us, we receive the information you chose to share and use it to reply to your enquiry, arrange meetings and prepare quotations.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Please review those before using WhatsApp.
Information stored in your browser

briivo-theme). - Live demo data: the live demo stores its fictional sample data and any changes you make in your browser's local storage (key
briivo-demo-v1). It is not sent to BRIIVO and is not connected to the real BRIIVO Cloud Sales system. You can clear it with the "Reset demo" button or by clearing your browser data.
Please do not enter real customer or personal information into the public demo.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website does not set its own cookies and does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers.
Third-party services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When the fonts load, your browser connects to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp's own website or app.
How long we keep information
Enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone or email are kept for as long as needed to respond, provide quotations and serve customers, unless you ask us to delete them and we are not required to keep them.

Changes
We may update this policy when the website changes, for example if we add an online booking system, a server-side contact form or analytics. The date above shows the latest update.
